The Technical Support Department is responsible for all support activities that contribute to the best possible work environment for the whole DNP Imagingcomm Europe BV plant. The responsibilities extend from maintaining the production equipment to an optimum level as well as keeping the IT infrastructure up and running.
The job:
- Solve / repair machine problems (electrical mechanical and pneumatical)
- Initiate and implement machine and production process improvements (Kaizen)
- Perform machine maintenance according to the maintenance planning.
- Look after the spare parts inventory.
- Administration of maintenance repairs and spare parts.
- Detect problem areas and suggest improvements (6S).
- Work with label (designing) software.
- Assist the Manager Technical Support in his daily work.
- Knowledge:
- MBO level.
- Basic mechanical electrical and pneumatical knowledge.
- Dutch and English language verbal and written.
- Experience with machinery repairs.
- Be able to work with and understand computers.
- Be willing to learn.
- Tasks:
- Machine maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and repairs in all technical areas (production and office).
- Work out and implement improvements (6S).
- Design and maintain labels for DNPs production.
