Are you a hands-on Project Manager with strong technical skills and passion for leading complex projects from start to finish This is your opportunity to join a North American multinational a global leader in industrial machinery currently in rapid expansion across Latin America.
Location: Monterrey Nuevo Le n On-site
Company: Global manufacturer of capital equipment and automation systems for the industrial sector.
What you ll do:

Lead industrial machinery projects from contract signature to installation at the customer site;

Be the primary point of contact for clients ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle;

Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering software mechanical assembly testing and commissioning;

Manage project scope timeline cost and quality;
-
Run regular project meetings track progress and risks and report status updates to stakeholders;

Drive technical issue resolution and support decision-making during .
What we re looking for:

Degree in Mechanical Mechatronics Industrial Engineering or similar;

Experience managing technical projects involving industrial equipment (OEM integrators capital goods automotive etc.;

Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and project engineering;

Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills;

Advanced or fluent English for global collaboration;

PMI certification or formal project management training is a strong plus.
