Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving hotel revenue by developing business opportunities maintaining client relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role involves promoting the hotel s services identifying new sales leads and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Identify potential clients and generate new business for the hotel.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients travel agents tour operators and event planners.
Conduct sales calls client meetings and site visits.
Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
2. Revenue & Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Handle client inquiries resolve complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the front office banquet and operations teams for seamless event .
4. Sales Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare and present sales reports revenue forecasts and market analysis.
Maintain an updated database of leads and clients in CRM software.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
12th Pass or Bachelor
