Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SCM (Supply Chain Management) Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions that enhance business operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SCM processes ERP systems cloud technologies and integration strategies to drive efficiency scalability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end SCM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and best practices for ERP systems (Oracle SAP etc. and SCM platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize supply chain processes including procurement inventory management demand planning logistics and order fulfilment.
Lead system integration efforts between ERP WMS TMS and other third-party applications.
Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry standards.
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to improve system performance and reliability.
Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and RFP responses.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 years of experience in SCM solution architecture and implementation.
Strong expertise in ERP systems (Oracle SCM Cloud SAP S/4HANA or similar).
Experience in supply chain modules such as Procurement Inventory Demand & Supply Planning.
Knowledge of integration tools and middleware (Oracle Integration Cloud MuleSoft Dell Boomi etc..
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Oracle Cloud).
Strong understanding of supply chain analytics and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Certifications in SCM solutions (e.g. Oracle SCM Cloud SAP SCM).
