Job Description
As a MDM Solution Architect you will:
- Lead architectural assessments of legacy Master Data Management (MDM) systems to understand their current data models functional capabilities and technical landscapes.
- Design scalable secure and performance-optimized modern MDM architectures tailored to business requirements and existing technology ecosystems.
- Define effective and compliant migration strategies to transition from legacy systems to modern MDM platforms.
- Collaborate with enterprise and system architects compliance legal and security teams to ensure architectural decisions meet regulatory standards.
- Validate the proposed data model mappings transformation rules and platform constructs identifying potential fit-gap issues.
- Ensure new MDM solutions are secure auditable scalable and align with industry and banking standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10 years of relevant IT experience including a strong background in system architecture design and Master Data Management (preferably with Informatica MDM).
- Proven experience in evaluating modernizing and migrating legacy MDM environments.
- In-depth expertise in data modeling data governance and enterprise MDM frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in scalability tuning performance optimization and compliance-aware system design.
- Ability to architect secure and auditable solutions in a regulated industry like banking or finance.
You should possess the ability to:
- Think strategically and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Navigate complex enterprise environments and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Work in Agile environments ensuring timely delivery and iteration.
