Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Executive based in Madrid to drive new business across Southern Europe while supporting key existing customers. This is a hunter role with a strong collaboration focus. Alongside our Customer Success team. You will own your territory from the pipeline development to closing ensuring that clients see the value of our GCX platform and product suite.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive full-cycle sales for your territory across Spain Portugal and potentially Italy and South of France.

Generate qualify and convert new leads into paying customers.

Collaborate with CSMs to support key accounts and identify expansion opportunities.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions to align with our product value pillars.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and manage deal progression through closing.

Build strategic relationships with regional monitoring stations system integrators and end-users.

Maintain accurate forecasts reports and CRM hygiene (preferably Zoho).



Requirements

Experience

3 7 years of proven experience in SaaS sales ideally within:
- Physical security (CCTV alarm monitoring access control)
- PropTech IoT or building automation

Experience selling to or through:
- Alarm monitoring stations (CRA/CMS)
- System integrators and security service providers
- Enterprise security/end-users (e.g. retail logistics utilities)

Relationships with integrators or monitoring centers in Iberia potentially Italy France LATAM

Full sales cycle ownership: lead generation discovery proposal negotiation close

Technical & Product Understanding

Familiarity with security industry protocols (e.g. SIA DC-09 ONVIF Contact-ID) and systems

Basic understanding of:
- Security systems (Intrusion Video Fire Access Control etc)
- Cloud architecture APIs webhooks mobile integrations
- Alarm and video analytics platforms (e.g. AI verification remote guard)

Ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Skilled in co-selling with technical pre-sales engineers

Knowledge of or interest in AI-powered tools

Language Skills

Fluent Spanish (native or near-native)

Professional English (mandatory for product reporting internal comms)

Portuguese and/or Italian a major advantage French desirable

Regional Knowledge

Familiarity with:
- Spanish and Portuguese private security laws (e.g. Ley 5/2014)
- CRA licensing structures and alarm verification practices
- Local business customs and B2B buying behavior in Southern Europe and LATAM

Comfortable traveling across Iberia and potentially Italy France and LATAM (30 50%)

Sales Skills

Strong consultative selling and value-based positioning

Skilled at account mapping pipeline development and CRM hygiene

Ability to identify champions manage complex B2B cycles and land-and-expand

Skilled with digital sales tools (CRM (preferably Zoho) LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.)

Bonus Qualifications

Experience selling VSaaS monitoring platforms (e.g. Evalink Manitou) or remote video services

Extended knowledge of alarm transmission protocols CCTV mobile security and/or AI video analytics
