Assist in preparing and maintaining operating policies and procedures as well as the annual budget making recommendations and providing technical support. Approve and monitor expenditures accordingly. Monitor all grants/contracts to meet administrative requirements. Prepare submit and monitor all third party billings for the Behavioral Health Center and other assigned Departments in accordance with Federal and State regulations.

Have knowledge or Tribal organization documents that govern the Human Services Department and related areas. Good written oral and listening skills. Excellent-Record keeping skills basic accounting including budgets grants/contracts and payroll. Computer skills in word processing spreadsheet and graphics and third party billing programs. Associated degree in business education or human services field. Three years experience in administration or secretarial duties. One year supervisory experience. One year experience in accounts receivable and third party billing for medical services.
