The Role
Were looking for a results-driven Sales Professional to lead the charge in selling DCSs flagship solution 3DCS and related quality management software. Youll manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closingwhile building strong lasting relationships with clients. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter comfortable working in a hybrid or remote setup.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and engage new prospects through outreach and relationship-building.
Sales Execution: Sell software solutions to clients in key sectors like automotive and aerospace.
Client Relationships: Build trust with decision-makers by delivering tailored solutions and value.
Pipeline Management: Own the entire sales cycle including discovery proposals and deal closure.
Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering and support to ensure client success.
CRM & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to manage leads track activities and report on performance.
Market Insight: Stay current on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field
5 years of B2B software sales experience
Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Proficient with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and Salesforce
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience in dimensional engineering tolerance analysis or quality management
Familiarity with manufacturing automotive or aerospace sectors
