Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team at Signal Tru. This position plays a key role in supporting internal and external communications coordinating media activities and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day communication efforts across departments

  • Draft and proofread internal communications press releases and newsletters

  • Assist in developing communication strategies and campaign timelines

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all materials

  • Monitor and track communication performance and prepare regular reports

  • Collaborate with marketing HR and leadership teams on messaging needs

  • Organize and support company events and media relations initiatives


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a communications marketing or coordination role

  • Strong writing editing and proofreading skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of design or presentation tools is a plus
