Job Description

- Assist in developing and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs.

- Collaborate with team members to integrate with databases and frontend applications.

- Write clean and well-documented code with support from senior developers.

- Participate in team discussions and code reviews.

- Learn and implement basic security and data handling practices.

- Stay updated on backend development tools and trends.


Qualifications :

- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/HND in Information Technology or 2 years of experience working in a similar role

- Knowledge of backend programming languages (e.g. PHP Python Java).

- Familiarity with backend frameworks (e.g. Laravel is a plus).

- Understanding of REST APIs and databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Exposure to version control tools like Git.

- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.


Additional Information :

This role offers hands-on experience in designing and maintaining server-side applications and APIs under the guidance of experienced developers. Ideal candidates should have a strong academic foundation and a keen interest in backend development.
