Job Description

Join our Perth team as a Senior Contracts Administrator where youll play a pivotal role in delivering procurement and contract services across a range of high-profile commissions. Youll also contribute to expanding our contracts offering and strengthening client relationships. 

Your role will include: 

  • Leading procurement planning sourcing strategies and market engagement processes. 
  • Managing end-to-end contract administration including variations and claims. 
  • Providing strategic advice and interfacing with clients and consultants throughout project lifecycles. 
  • Supporting business development and helping grow our service offering with existing clients. 
  • Contributing to submissions fee proposals budgeting and business planning under the guidance of the manager.

To be successful in your application youll need to have the following: 

  • Full working rights for Australia.
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in contract administration ideally within the energy/natural resources sector. 
  • Proven ability to manage procurement and contract processes at both project and programme level. 
  • Strong analytical skills detail-orientated and a proactive approach to problem solving. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated resilience adaptability and a collaborative mindset in dynamic project environments. 
  • Ability to work across multiple concurrent projects and clients.
