Job Description
What will you be doing
As a Manufacturing Engineer youll help define and deliver how complex nuclear-grade components are made ensuring processes are robust repeatable and meet strict industry standards for safety and quality.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes for high-integrity nuclear components.
- Create detailed traceable documentation such as work instructions and control plans.
- Ensure all methods align with strict nuclear codes and standards (e.g. ASME RCC-M).
- Support process validation to confirm manufacturing meets design intent.
- Work closely with design quality and regulatory teams to ensure readiness for production.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost process reliability and efficiency

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or Production Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing process development and validation.
- Familiarity with safety-critical standards (e.g. ASME RCC-M ISO 9001).
- Experience producing and managing process documentation and control plans.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with design and QA teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working with highly regulated or precision manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
