Qualifications :
We welcome your application to our Junior Artworker vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:
- A background in artwork or graphic design with a solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography colour and layout principles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe CC (InDesign Acrobat Illustrator and Photoshop).
- A strong creative flair and a keen eye for detail ensuring every design stands out.
- Familiarity with print and finishing processes to produce polished professional results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively and convey ideas with confidence.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn on the job self-teach and take initiative.

We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office with full flexibility around the days that work best for you and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance and features a caf on-site free parking and beautiful parkland surroundings.
