Job Description

FLS based in Neusiedl am See is part of the globally active publicly listed FLS Group and is involved in the design and sale of equipment and systems for mineral processing. Our market area includes Europe North Africa and the Middle East. To expand our Order Processing Team we are looking to hire immediately an Order Handling Service Agent.

This is a hybrid role based in Romania with remote flexibility and regular time in our new Bucharest office.

Its a new and growing office with new colleagues arriving each week making it an exciting opportunity to help shape our ways of working and culture from the ground up.

About the role

Your responsibilities:

Full End-to-End Process for European customers for Order Handling

Manages the direct day-to-day contact with our customers delivers sales and customer support and ensures order fulfillment to increase customer satisfaction and build long term profitable relationships

  • Receiving new orders from customers

  • Working for document creation (Order Acknowledgement Purchase Order to supplier)

  • Sendingorder confirmation to customers if necessary also prepare send and track Prepayments

  • Order tracking/expediting

  • Handling freight for customers

    • negotiating withfreightforwarders

  • Check and account of incoming NON-PO invoices

  • Collection of export/freight documents for VAT reporting

  • If customer data changes she is responsible of the system change with Master Data Team

  • Preparation of Export and freight documentation for VAT reporting


Service orders

  • Create service orders.

  • Verify all conditions and coordinate with sales/field service for invoicing details.

  • Issue invoices to customers.


SupportUnit Orders

  • Coordinate handovers with sales.

  • Collaborate with PM for technical assistance regarding drawings GSNs and serial numbers.

  • Creation of new part numbers based on Serial Number
