The SSP although physically hosted by Suffolk County Council are a team jointly funded bythe Police Health and Social Care.
Your role and responsibilities
You will be the lead for analysing multi-agency safeguarding data in Suffolk. You will lead on the provision of high-quality business intelligence providing advice interrogation and provide interpretation and context of data to leaders and partners within the Suffolk Safeguarding Partnership (SSP).

The team
Whilst this is its a multi agency post you will be part of the Suffolk Safeguarding Partnership Team. This currently includes the partnership manager adults and childrens professional advisors and a partnership coordinator. This small but dedicated team operates in a multi-agency space making a significant impact on safeguarding in Suffolk. Excitingly the team is set to expand in the coming months creating even more opportunities to strengthen its work and influence.
The team holds weekly meetings to catch up and collaborate on ongoing work from Endeavour House. Additionally you will be expected to co-work from the partners office on a weekly basis ensuring strong engagement and collaboration across the partnership. While teamwork is key this role is highly individual-focused requiring you to take initiative and work independently to drive meaningful contributions within the safeguarding space.
