The Successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician /Compressor Engineer will provide electrical and mechanical repair service and maintenance on compressed air equipment at customer sites across the South a strong OTE with bonus commission regular overtime and enhanced on-call rates.
The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician /Compressor Engineer must have Field servicing background in compressors compressed air vacuum pumps nitrogen generators air filtration or similar compressed air product training provided.

35000 - 40000 plus High OTE

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician /CompressorEngineer Role
To provide electrical and mechanical repair service and maintenance of compressed air equipment at customer sites.
The Compressor Service Engineer will undertake planned and preventative maintenance provide advice diagnostics fault finding of compressed air systems vacuum pumps blowers & dryers nitrogen generators and other compressed air products.
Maintain repair and install air compressors vacuum pumps blowers & dryers nitrogen generators and other compressed air and pneumatic equipment across the UK depending on your location.
Installing compressed air/water & nitrogen pipelines into all forms of the manufacturing industry.
Perform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs on various compressed air equipment.
Earn a strong OTE with bonus commission regular overtime and enhanced on-call rates.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Compressor Engineer Requirements
Proven diagnostic skills on complicated electrical/mechanicalcompressed air systems.
Experience as a compressor engineer is essential.
The ability to maintain good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
Good working knowledge of three-phase electrics and controls is advantageous.
Field servicing background in compressors compressed air vacuum pumps nitrogen generators air filtration or similar compressed air equipment. Full product training provided.
A technical engineering qualification apprentice trained FGas HNC HND or Degree would be advantageous.
Willingness to be part of the on call rota 1 in 5
Homebased willing to travel across South West UK.
