Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Service Area Manager to join our WA team.

This role will see the successful applicant leading a diverse team across multiple sites while motivating them to achieve KPIs and drive customer service standards.

No matter what your background is we are looking for people with:

  • Strong leadership skills and customer service background
  • A highly energetic team oriented and personable persona to create a culture driven by values
  • The ability to drive results within their team and the initiative to implement changemaking strategies
  • A commercial and analytical mindset
  • The ability to enforce guidelines and standards within their team through well-developed knowledge

Qualifications :

Attributes and Experience: 

You will ideally bring leadership or management experience. Preferably you will also possess the following attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams and/or multiple sites
  • Ability to recruit train and manage team performance
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication.
  • Able to quickly grasp new concepts including complex software programs and apply them
  • Hold and maintain a current Australian Drivers License and vehicle
