Asset Allocation and Movement: Maintains the current system of asset tracking and management to meet the day to day needs of the Customer Installations commercial and operational teams. Coordinates the purchase rehab and recycling of the assets in a transparent manner for all the stakeholders and follows-up regularly with the suppliers. Ensures all work is completed in a timely and professional manner to ensure the long-term reliability of the assets. Ensures and/or gathers proper documentation of new and existing assets.
2. Asset and Installation Development: Maintains and improves the electronic inventory system to function for the field with regards to both new installation and upgrades. Builds electronic links between assets information and cost component costs and standard installation designs to provide accurate catalog pricing and delivery times. Ensures that inventory levels are set appropriately and helps develop cost effective storage and delivery solutions. Supports minimally field personnel with the tools.
3. Optimizes Asset Utilization: Working closely with LCC/Distribution and CI field personnel to maintain up to date information in the interconnected systems (Oracle-Alto-Synchroteam) on asset location condition specifications and utilization such that the asset can be re-deployed in order to bring the most value to Air Liquide and provide accurate visibility on our assets. This will include: administrative work data manipulation and cross referencing data collection and clean-up in systems.
4. Process improvement: Maintains close relationships with internal/external contacts in order to remain up to date with regards to customer installations and new applications technological progress. Manages and develops programs which aim at equipment and human resources utilization optimization. Suggests improves streamlines asset-related workflows and processes.

Training: IMS Training Customer Installations Manual Procurement
Knowledge: Strong software skills database design and management Oracle Google Suite MS Office excellent communication skills both written and spoken
