POSITION FUNCTION:
The Senior Manager Performance & Data Analysis ensures the use of effective planning and data collection systems as well as meaningful organizational and client data to inform and support the continuous improvement of the organization application of organizational and non-profit sector accreditation standards and delivery on contractual requirements. The position has organization-wide responsibilities and cross-departmental influence and works closely with other managers senior managers and the Executive Leadership Team including on the development and revision of policies and through supporting senior managers to ensure client complaint and grievance processes are followed.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work collaboratively with managers senior managers and directors to ensure the development and maintenance of planning and data collection systems procedures policies and standards using quality assurance and improvement measures in accordance with CARF accreditation standards best practices and other legislative requirements
- Enhance and maintain organizational and programmatic performance/ outcome measurement frameworks and advise on logic models and emerging practices in evaluation and outcome measurement.
- Act as the lead and contact person for all accreditation-related duties internally and externally.
- Coordinate fulfillment of all accreditation requirements for organizational and client service areas across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior managers and directors to ensure tracking and reporting of program and organizational outcomes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide technical support to program teams on the design and delivery of Client Feedback Surveys with feedback to be used to improve program delivery and contribute to organizational Key Performance Indicators.
- Oversee the annual Programs Continuous Learning Analysis Meetings process.
- Analyze organizational and client data and present trends and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Collect and analyze external data and benchmarking information to advise the Executive Leadership Team.
- Ensure MOSAIC has an effective robust system (including OCMS database or any new client management system and related Excel spreadsheets) for gathering and analyzing information about clients their needs and services provided
- Spot-check the completeness of data in iCare dashboards and follow up with responsible management
- Hire train and supervise employees as required on projects related to fulfilling the duties of this position
- Develop and support staff to reach their potential
- Oversee the departments adherence to organizational policies and procedures and support subordinates in interpreting and implementing policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience in Social Science Data Science Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience developing and implementing performance measurement and improvement frameworks; development and application of logic models

HOURS: full-time position (35 hours per week)
The successful candidate may be permitted to work a hybrid work model (a combination of in-office and remote work).
The successful candidate must be able to commute to the MOSAIC Boundary office.
BENEFITS:
