- Lead the full lifecycle of data center development from feasibility planning and design to construction and handover.
- Oversee site-based activities ensuring compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams consultants contractors and government authorities.
- Manage project budgets schedules and resources efficiently.
- Lead and facilitate project meetings reporting progress and resolving issues proactively.
- Implement and monitor project management processes and tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera).
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide technical guidance on civil structural MEP and architectural aspects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 1015 years of experience in infrastructure-heavy or data center projects.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction or data center developments
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and authority approval processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project Primavera).
- PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
