Senior Project Manager Data Center

• Lead the full lifecycle of data center development from feasibility planning and design to construction and handover.
• Oversee site-based activities ensuring compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams consultants contractors and government authorities.
• Manage project budgets schedules and resources efficiently.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings reporting progress and resolving issues proactively.
• Implement and monitor project management processes and tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera).
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance on civil structural MEP and architectural aspects.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1015 years of experience in infrastructure-heavy or data center projects.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction or data center developments
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and authority approval processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project Primavera).
• PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
