The Role:

  • Providing administrative support including client and customer engagement case management data entry email management and support to key operational functions
  • Responding to all enquiries via phone website or email
  • Effectively managing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships including clients customers and contractors
  • Facilitating coordination of services including case management and follow-up administrative duties
  • Managing crucial database record-keeping and quality assurance
  • Handling critical processes including month-end tasks shared mailbox oversight and reporting
  • Maintaining Acacias database including case creation/client setup service allocation clinician diary management and other tasks as directed by Client Experience Team Leader.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure managing multiple projects
  • Good understanding of databases and Microsoft programs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Professional attitude and friendly phone manner are essential
  • Positive can-do attitude
