Make a direct impact on employees by guiding them through their benefits and leave options with clarity and care as a Benefits Specialist. In this role you will serve as a trusted resource ensuring employees understand and utilize their benefits effectively. You will play a critical part in administering benefits programs managing leave processes and collaborating with key stakeholders to support a seamless employee experience. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with policies and regulations while providing outstanding service to employees at all levels.

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is one of the largest most complex agencies in the state and has approximately 17000 employees.
