Description If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your technical career we have an opportunity for you based in our Stafford TX location selected you will be responsible for leading planning coordinating administering and directing the activities of all inspection QA documentation and Documentation team in assuring that our products and services are in conformance with all Procedures Code and Customer requirements. In addition be responsible for the overall Product Quality of the assigned Product line.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develops and analyses data to resolve efficiency and effectiveness of the Inspection personnel performance management and Upskilling of the team.
- Implements a Continuous Improvement process within the Inspection group to upskill the team and improve customer experience by address PPM issues and Speed.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure necessary improvements/ corrective actions are taken for the upkeep of the certifications.
- Through the Inspection Leads directs employees engaged in Inspection and Test activities to assure that the quality aspects of materials facilities and products have been attained in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Assured that the Inspection group personnel are certified in accordance with the requirements of the division department and applicable customers.
- Engage in product and quality process audits as it relates to your established areas of ownership to ensure continued drive of CAPA (corrective action and preventative action).

For This Role You Will Need:
- BS degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering with 4 years of experience in Quality/ Manufacturing.
- Exceptional knowledge in Valves Castings Component Machining/Welding assembly & test trouble shooting and driving process improvement.
- Experience & knowledge of power industry standards ASME Codes ANSI ASTM military specifications and other material and welding standards. Proficiency in ISO/PED standards with working knowledge on NDE. CWE/CWI is preferred
- Proficiency in using MS Access PowerPoint Excel PDF and Word
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and hands on experience in inspection.
- Proficient in use of all general Measuring & Test equipment Calibration.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- 7 years of experience in Quality/ Manufacturing.
- Knowledge in CMM /FARO is preferred.
