Job Description

Redfins building a world-class sales organization putting the customer first at every step by hiring and developing the best agents and leaders in real estate.

As a Sales Manager youre a producing sales leader who will build a world class sales team of up to 10 real estate agents who wow clients and consistently exceed Redfins sales targets. You will lead by example as a brand ambassador and customer advocate spending approximately 50%of your time building your own real estate business and working with clients. Your success is based both on building your own business and by your teams sales and market share growth while also fostering measurable employee and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do

  • Put Customers First: Youll proactively reach out to customers to build trust loyalty and ensure consistent quality in service and champion agents. Youll seek feedback de-escalate problems and take swift action to make things right.

  • Build The Best Team: Youll actively recruit hire onboard and retain a diverse and inclusive team of top-performing agents using internal tools resources and programs to drive and measure success.

  • Drive Sales: Youll inspire coach and partner with agents to ambitiously build their Redfin business and empower your team to meet or exceed their goals.

  • Lead By Example: Youll model expertise in market property and contract knowledge setting the highest standard for service while maintaining high close attach and loyalty rates.

  • Build Your Real Estate Business: Youll work your own transactions manage the client relationship provide home purchasing and/or selling strategies write offers and negotiate terms. Youll use these deals as opportunities to further develop your team.

What You Bring

  • Active real estate license in the state where youll be working (required)

  • Have closed 30 lifetime sales transactions/deals

  • 2 years of residential real estate sales experience with a strong grasp of real estate sales skills contracts negotiations working with buyers and sellers and building a sphere of influence.

  • Demonstrated track-record driving successful sales on your own and a track-record of driving agent productivity for others youve mentored or supported

  • 1 years experience with direct or indirect experience leading developing or mentoring agents

This position requires working in the local Redfin office as needed for team meetings all-hands etc.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.

Total Earnings Range: $58500.00 - 58500.00 comprised of a Base Pay Range of $58500.00 - 58500.00 and additional variable compensation. Total Earnings will depend on varying circumstances including the position location individual qualifications market finances and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include other bonuses and equity.
