Job Description

Inteldot has over 14 years in the life sciences industry with allocations across Puerto Rico the United States Europe and Japan. This is a great opportunity for one of our leading clients in Puerto Rico.

Description:
The IT Technician will assist with system imaging deployment testing and troubleshooting as part of the Windows 11 upgrade. This hands-on role will work closely with the project team to support smooth rollout and user readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Windows 11 on end-user devices.
  • Backup and restore user profiles and applications.
  • Perform hardware and software compatibility checks.
  • Provide on-site technical support and resolve post-upgrade issues.
  • Document configurations and changes as per project standards.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in IT or related field; certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft) preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in IT support including OS deployment and desktop support.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory SCCM and ITIL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Experience working in GMP or regulated environments is a plus.
