About the Role
As an IT Field Technician youll be on the frontlines of our restaurant technology ensuring smooth and reliable operations across the company. From network installations to troubleshooting and major rollouts youll be the go-to expert who keeps our stores connected and running efficiently.
What Youll Do
Install and maintain networking systems across multiple restaurant locations
Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues
Handle new store IT set-ups remodel rollouts and equipment installations/removals
Perform updates repairs upgrades and system backups
Manage and track IT tickets ensuring timely communication and resolution
Support special IT projects and company-wide technology rollouts
Keep accurate documentation of inventory and stock used for repairs
Collaborate with the IT Director on cross-functional initiatives
What Success Looks Like
Accurate timely installations and store set-ups
Quick clear support for restaurant teams
Reliable reporting and communication with leadership
A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue prevention
What You Bring
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills (written & verbal)
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Solid customer service skills and a problem-to-resolution mentality
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Windows OS and ticketing systems
2 years of networking or IT field experience
Restaurant operations experience a plus
Ability to travel frequently including some out-of-state work
Work Environment
95% Field-based supporting restaurant operations (Car will be provided)
5% Support Center-based collaborating with the IT team
