Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Litigation Legal Assistant / Case Manager to support arbitration and mediation processes. This role ensures smooth case flow accurate documentation and exceptional client service while collaborating with panelists and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Manage case files and documentation Coordinate hearings calls and deadlines Provide prompt support to clients and panelists Monitor case progress and follow up on required actions Communicate effectively to resolve routine issues Learn ADR processes and internal systems through hands-on experience
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Operations Legal Studies or related field (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of ADR or civil litigation experience (required) Strong communication multitasking and organizational skills Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office Experience with ADR processes is a plus
Base Salary Range $54000 - $71000 Full benefits and bonus potential.
