The successful candidate will support the Project Manager in planning coordinating and overseeing mechanical and HVAC projects ensuring that they are completed on time within scope and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in the planning execution and finalization of HVAC and mechanical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project progress including daily reports change orders and meeting minutes. Assist in preparing project status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Help manage project schedules coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Cost Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets reviewing cost estimates and managing cost controls to ensure that the project remains within budget.
• Quality Control: Support the Project Manager in ensuring that all work meets quality standards and complies with project specifications codes and safety regulations.
• Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients project managers and other stakeholders providing updates and addressing concerns as necessary.
• Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
• Procurement: Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet project requirements.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that all work is being carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.

• Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering Construction Management or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in HVAC mechanical or construction project management. Previous experience in an assistant project management role is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HVAC and mechanical systems construction practices and project management software (e.g. MS Project Procore Bluebeam).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients subcontractors and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues develop solutions and implement them effectively.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to visit construction sites which may require standing walking climbing ladders and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
