About the role:
- Leading complex corporate transactions including M&A capital raises restructures and joint ventures
- Running matters end-to-end with direct client contact and partner collaboration
- Advising on corporate governance shareholder arrangements and commercial contracts
- Mentoring and supervising a small team of junior lawyers and supporting their growth
- Contributing to business development initiatives and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Playing an active role in shaping internal processes and team culture as the firm continues to scale
The ideal candidate:
- 612 years PQE with solid experience in corporate transactions
- Strong technical ability and commercial judgement
- A team player with the confidence to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a growing practice
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
