Key Responsibilities:
As an Audit Manager youll play a hands-on leadership role within our firm while working collaboratively with your team and clients.
- Guide audit review and compilation engagements as an in-charge including planning reviewing and delivering results that exceed client expectations.
- Coach and mentor staff by providing feedback growth opportunities and performance evaluations ensuring your team reaches new heights.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business and industry anticipate needs and recommend innovative solutions.
- Manage project deliverables to meet deadlines while identifying roadblocks and navigating critical milestones.
- Lead client meetings audit planning efforts and engagement execution in a wide variety of industries.
- Support firm growth by actively engaging in marketing efforts and meeting business development goals.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related field such as Finance Business or Economics.
- Minimum 4 years of experience or more in public accounting or audit management
- CPA certification
- Proven experience in team leadership and coaching

Olsen Thielen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and recognize your value to the firm. The starting salary range for this role is $90000 to $110000 based on factors like experience qualifications and organizational needs. Compensation also includes a bonus structure and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical dental vision disability life insurance paid time off holidays 401(k) with employer contributions profit sharing and more.
