Job Summary
ISN is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead to drive financial strategy forecasting budgeting and performance analysis. In this role you will collaborate closely with executives department heads and key stakeholders to enhance decision-making optimize financial planning processes and support long term business growth. As our company continues to scale you will play a critical role in developing and implementing efficient data-driven financial systems investor reporting frameworks and IPO-readiness strategies. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong analytical mindset a deep understanding of financial modeling and the ability to communicate complex financial insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the development of short- and long-term financial models including revenue expense cash flow and P&L forecasting.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with business leaders to create and manage annual budgets ensuring alignment with company goals and financial targets.
- Performance Analytics: Establish track and analyze key financial and operational metrics delivering actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Investor & Board Reporting: Prepare executive-level financial presentations and reporting packages for Board members private equity partners and investors.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and sales to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement & Scalability: Design and implement efficient FP&A processes reporting tools and financial systems to enhance accuracy and scalability.
- Scenario Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct financial modeling competitive analysis and scenario planning to support corporate strategy and business development.
- IPO & Compliance Preparation: Assist in preparing financial structures reporting processes and regulatory compliance measures in anticipation of potential IPO-readiness.
- Stakeholder Management: Work directly with external investors including private equity partners providing financial insights and performance analysis.
- Support and participate in the organizations Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS and ISMS objectives.
- All employees have a professional duty to provide any information related to security issues incidents or situations that present a potential security risk to the ISO Team ISN Management or their Supervisor.
- Other tasks and duties as directed by ISNs management team.
Education and Training
- 7 years of progressive FP&A corporate finance or strategic finance with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field (MBA CFA or CPA preferred).
Knowledge and Skills
- Expertise in financial modeling budgeting and forecasting with a proven track record of driving financial performance.
- Proficiency in Excel financial planning software and BI tools.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles financial reporting cost control and compliance regulations.
- Understanding of FP&A functions in both private and public company environments including investor reporting and IPO preparation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to multi-task and achievement oriented.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports statements and projections.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Onsite Requirements: Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings events team activities and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
