Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with experience in residential and commercial systems as well as expertise in appliance repair.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum Experience:
- 3 years in HVAC.
- 2 years in appliance repair.
Position Details:
- Salary: $25$28 per hour based on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Rotating weekend shifts as required.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Perform maintenance and installations of air conditioning units.
- Troubleshoot and repair various household and commercial appliances.
- Ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide excellent customer service while managing work orders efficiently.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- Minimum Experience:
- 3 years in HVAC.
- 2 years in appliance repair.
Licenses:
- EPA Certification.
- Valid drivers license with a clean record.
Location:
- Must reside in or near Miami.
- The position is based in Little Havana.
