JOB TYPE

Full Time: Monday-Friday (10am-6pm flexibility)

Salary:$59000-$62000 with comprehensive benefits

In this exciting role and reporting to the Director of Housing Services your strengths will be highlighted as an effective communicator proficient with technology self-starter team-oriented resourceful and well-organized. This role provides:

A day in the life of this role:

Your focus will be supporting survivors of domestic violence that are living long-term in our agencys subsidized units across the Metro-Boston area and are disabled. With a caseload of 12 households (8 families and 4 individuals) some travel is required although a vehicle is not necessary for the role.

You will have the opportunity to meet a variety of demands including court accompaniment Social Security and Benefits Advocacy setting up and furnishing apartments needs assessment and co-facilitating training sessions in the community. You will share thoughtfully designed office space with another Resident Support Coordinator and the Survivor Resource Coordinator.

You will be supervised by a Director who is flexible communicative responsive caring and does not micro-manage. Above all you will provide life-changing support to survivors of domestic violence.
