Role description:

Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in helping us with the growth of our annual sales by engaging new prospects for Arcadis Digital Intelligence Enterprise Decision Analytics and Enterprise Asset Management solutions. Youll have a direct impact on the growth of the company by managing our outbound lead pipeline and identifying sales opportunities.

The role sits within our global business area Digital Intelligence. We use digital intelligence and deep human knowledge to create products and solutions in a holistic way. We empower our clients with agile data-driven insights and technologies that complement our sustainable design engineering and advisory expertise. We can confidently work in partnership to address global challenges from climate change and rapid urbanization to increasing digitalization socio-economic disruption and societal expectations head-on all with the common goal of improving quality of life.

Role accountabilities:

  • Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Arcadiss key emerging and whitespace accounts
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts through various channels such as email phone and social media (must be comfortable with phone/Zoom calls)
  • Qualify outbound leads maintain active engagement with new and existing leads identify new opportunities and engage potential clients
  • Establish rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives
  • Help create a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging activities and keeping information up to date in Oracle Sales Cloud.
  • Refine our messaging and sales prospecting techniques
  • Work cross functionally with partners like Marketing & Ops to iterate process and ideas for successful lead generation campaigns
  • Become an Arcadis Digital Intelligence (Asset product) expert and convey our value proposition to potential customers
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our sales processes with an emphasis towards building to scale

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Have 3 year of sales experience minimum ideally in SaaS including creating high-quality outbound campaigns and engaging potential customers
  • Have a demonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline
  • Are comfortable or eager to learn CRM and Sales engagement platforms
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or performance targets through effective phone and video communication
  • Proficient in tailoring communication to meet the needs of various stakeholders ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Are passionate about the Arcadis mission(s) and helping our customers invest is appropriate strategies for maintaining their critical asset infrastructures.
  • Are a team player with a proven ability to work cross functionally and deliver results
  • Are excited to find success in ambiguity and to contribute back to the larger organization on best practices and scaling success

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $80461 - $123274. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
