Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Create a sales strategy that aligns with company objectives.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Identify high quality leads and qualify new business opportunities
Support proposal development pricing strategy and contract negotiation.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong trusted client relationships across all levels of the organization.
Understand client business goals organizational dynamics and market positioning.
Act as the voice of the customer internally to advocate for client needs.
Performance Tracking & Reviews
Track key performance metrics such as revenue churn usage and engagement.
Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients.
Maintain accurate client data and activity logs in CRM systems.
Provide regular reporting to leadership on account health and pipeline.
Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with Product Marketing and Development teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of technical assistance onboarding and ongoing support to clients.
Contribute feedback to help shape product direction and roadmap.
Participate in internal account review meetings and customer support planning.
Account Ownership & Growth
Manage a defined portfolio of strategic and mid-tier client accounts.
Develop account plans that align with client goals and revenue targets.
