What Youll Be Doing:
Engaging in inbound & outbound calls to support customers experiencing financial difficulty
Building rapport and negotiating tailored payment solutions
Resolving queries with professionalism care and compliance
Working to KPIs in a high-performing values-driven team environment
What Youll Need:
Great communication skills (verbal & written)
Empathy resilience and emotional intelligence
Quick to learn systems like Microsoft Office and databases
Customer service experience welcome but not essential!
