Experience Range - 2 - 4 years
Whats the role
- Manage clients under the reclaim service raising reclaim disputes and cases leveraging reporting and insights to improve their operational efficiencies and sustainable growth on Amazon
- Be a subject matter expert on Amazon supply and operations
- Create meaningful insights for our Reclaim and OpEx clients
- Working with BI team to develop our OpEx dashboard & reporting
- Work to improve the reclaim service offering and customer experience
- Work closely with other members of the team to deliver for clients in a consultancy capacity
- Drive new business opportunities through both our existing client base
- I.e. level of experience experience in things like platforms etc.
- You are a hungry and proactive commercially minded professional who enjoys autonomy and building positive relationships.
- You will have a deep understanding of Amazons supply chain operations the challenges they present for vendors and solutions to overcome those issues.
- You will be confident engaging with and presenting to teammates and clients.
- Most important is your ability to learn your drive to succeed and your ability to generate solutions.
- Be extremely comfortable getting hands on with data creating your own insights solutions
- Deliver against a predefined revenue generation goal
- Take full responsibility for client results by proactively managing reclaim cases and driving measurable improvements through insights and reporting.
- Develop deep expertise in Amazon operations and supply chain intricacies to become the go-to resource for clients and internal teams.
- Combine analytical thinking with commercial awareness to deliver insights that directly impact client performance and revenue recovery.
- Present clearly and confidently to both clients and internal team members.
- Bring fresh ideas to evolve the reclaim service improve client engagement and help shape new business opportunities.
