Description of the project:
As a full-time SharePoint Administrator you will be part of the HTA team of DG SANTE. The Health Technology Assessment (HTA) summarises information about medical economic social and ethical issues related to the use of a health technology. Examples of health technologies include medicinal products medical equipment for diagnostic and treatment prevention methods. More information available here: of tasks:

Description of the project:
As a full-time SharePoint Administrator you will be part of the HTA team of DG SANTE. - Design implement and maintain SharePoint 2016/2019 forms to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform installation configuration and upgrades of SharePoint environments and related components.
- Manage and monitor Windows Server environments ensuring optimal integration with SharePoint.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation configuration management and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the security and compliance of SharePoint environments by implementing best practices including security infrastructure and protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related performance connectivity and access issues.
- Provide technical support documentation and training to end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft best practices patches and updates to ensure system stability and security.
Knowledge and skills:
- Proven experience in the design installation and maintenance of SharePoint 2016/2019 forms.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration and maintenance.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks.
- Understanding of network security authentication mechanisms and security protocols.
- Experience with SharePoint site collection administration user permissions and content management.
- Familiarity with SQL Server administration related to SharePoint databases.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve system issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Other requirements:
- EU Citizenship.
- Resident or available to relocate to Belgium.
