An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and organised individual to act as Executive Coordinator in the Office of the Deputy Secretary Development Assessment and Sustainability. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Division by providing high-level executive and administrative support to the Deputy Secretary. You will be working closely with stakeholders across the Department in coordinating communication diary and schedule management and the progression of briefing notes and correspondence.
As the Executive Coordinator you will oversee a range of responsibilities including the coordination of meetings and events stakeholder engagement financial and procurement support and records management. You will also act as a central point of contact to help prioritise requests and facilitate effective communication across teams to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
