DescriptionWe currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager (Lifecycle).Join our Health and Education team in Bendigo and play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of asset lifecycle projects that maintain facility integrity support operational efficiency and contribute to long-term strategic asset management goals. Reporting to Asset Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
- Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle projects including planning procurement implementation commissioning and financial reporting within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Ensure all changes to facilitiessuch as additions or modificationsare accurately recorded in asset registers and maintenance management systems.
- Oversee contractor management to ensure compliance with safety procedures including conducting site inductions and monitoring safe work practices.
- Support the development and delivery of strategic asset management plans including estimating costs and defining scopes for annual five-year and minor works projects.
- Contribute to the effective functioning of facilities operations by managing special projects resolving ad-hoc tasks and providing project support as needed.
What Youll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management Asset Management or Facilities Management within large or complex facilities.
- Proven ability to develop manage and control budgets while meeting financial and project delivery targets.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance service contracts lifecycle costing and statutory compliance including WHS and building codes.
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and prioritisation skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and influence outcomes effectively.
