Job Description

Description of the role:

As a Parts Manager at Feyer Ford in Williamston NC you will play a key role in overseeing the parts department and ensuring efficient management of inventory and supplies. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage parts inventory and ensure optimal stock levels
  • Supervise the parts department staff and provide training
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchasing and returns
  • Maintain accurate records of parts transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist in parts sales

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in automotive parts management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficient in inventory management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification a plus
