Some of our Job Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust while scheduling appointments through open and informative communication
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and accounts maintain medical records and files and file documents
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies

Schedule:
- 4 -10 hour day shifts
- Monday to Friday with weekend availability
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Medical or Veterinary Office: 1 year (Preferred)
