Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for an energetic experienced and results-driven HR Recruiter to take the lead on our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate is an outgoing self-starter with a go-getter attitudesomeone who thrives on building connections communicates confidently with both internal teams and external candidates and is committed to completing tasks efficiently and effectively. This is a key role that will help shape the future of our team by identifying and securing top talent across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle including creating job requisitions posting and refreshing job advertisements weekly sourcing and screening qualified candidates coordinating interviews and tracking applicant progress.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine job descriptions
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings based on the minimum qualifications and knockout questions provided
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews collect availability from hiring managers and align interview scheduling accordingly.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and compliant candidate tracking; update the recruitment pipeline report daily and prepare weekly recruitment metrics along with EEO and other regulatory reports to support compliance and strategic planning.
  • Communicate important updates in a timely manner regarding candidate status changes including availability acceptance or declination of employment offers and any issues requiring troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and responsive recruitment process.
  • Oversee the onboarding process assigning and ensuring timely collection of documentation issuance of offer letters and credentialing packets effectively using our HRIS system
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through strategic sourcing including job boards networking and partnerships with professional associations and community organizations.
  • Represent the organization externally by coordinating and executing recruitment strategies through career fairs job boards and community events.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives including internal and external presentations and communications related to recruitment and organizational growth.
  • Actively pursue learning and professional development to stay informed of best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline recruitment processes making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and organize all recruitment-related documentation including applications interview notes offer letters contracts and onboarding materials ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum of 1 year(s) in full-cycle recruitment).
  • Outgoing & socially engaging this position involves frequent and meaningful interactions with people both virtually and in person. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential to effectively connect with candidates hiring managers and team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in database and spreadsheet tools with experience in generating reports managing data and performing basic analysis (Paycomexperienced preferred but not required).
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in growing professionally within the recruiting and broader human resources space with a commitment to developing expertise in talent acquisition onboarding employee engagement and HR best practices.
