Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Assists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term therapeutic goals setting priorities and developing care plans.
- Conducts quarterly record reviews and communicates findings and recommendations to the Administrator.
- Assists in the screening and interviewing process of new employees.
- Participates in the planning implementation and evaluation of in-service and continuing education programs.
- Assists in the formulation revision implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures as well as strategic goals and objectives.
- Promotes the usage of EMR systems.
- Monitors and promotes appropriate visit utilization.
- Performs other duties and activities as delegated by the Administrator.
Position Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
- Graduate of National League for Nursing-accredited school of nursing. BSN degree is preferred.
- Two years of management or supervisory experience in home health care.
- Comply with accepted professional standards and practice.
- Complies andmaintains current CPR certification.
- Proficient in Computers Microsoft EMR and Technology.
- Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards.
