Job Description
Inspiroz is seeking a results-driven detail-oriented IT Project Assistant to join our on-site IT support team in Philadelphia PA for an Inventory Management Project for our the IT Project Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with assessing reimaging and setting up hardware in preparation for the new school year.
Role Responsibilities:
- Hardware Support
- Assess diagnose clean/fix all laptops/desktops as needed.
- Provide detailed information and documentation for hardware.
- Asset Tag Management
- Once devices have been assessed and deployed final asset tag and documentation of devices.
- Maintain Asset Tag Management documentation.
- Client Support and Service
- Communicate updates challenges and tasks to the client in a clear and timely manner
