About the role

The QA Technical Leader guides the Technical Consultant team to deliver quality assurance solutions aligned with the CCQA framework and Group standards. This includes setting direction coaching and managing performance for strong team outcomes. Youll identify and address offshore quality gaps collaborate on improvement plans and build strong relationships across Consumer Claims and QA teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.

What youll do

  • Lead a team of Technical Consultants providing coaching strategic direction and performance management to drive quality assurance excellence
  • Oversee delivery of audits reviews and verifications ensuring accurate and effective workload management
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Consumer Claims aligning QA initiatives with business objectives and supporting team engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement in offshore partner quality collaborating with internal teams to identify gaps and implement improvement plans
  • Provide insights and reporting to stakeholders supporting risk management regulatory compliance and informed decision-making

What youll bring

  • 2 years experience in risk or compliance ideally within financial services or insurance industries
  • Proven leadership in driving high performance and a supportive team culture
  • Strong knowledge of QA risk management and regulatory frameworks
  • Skilled in interpreting reports to drive capability uplift and QA program improvements
  • Experience leading teams through change in dynamic environments
  • Strategic mindset with ability to align QA with business and regulatory goals
