JOB PURPOSE
The Scan/File Clerk is responsible for converting physical documents into digital formats organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all records. This role supports the smooth operation of the office by managing records facilitating document retrieval and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. By effectively organizing and safeguarding information the Scan/File Clerk contributes to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking bending and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting lifting carrying pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Equipment Operated: Ability to operate office machines and equipment and troubleshoot problems with equipment.

Experience: At least 6 months of related experience in related field preferred.
This is a temporary full-time position with a maximum duration of three months.
