Job Description
Were looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a hybrid Bartender/Server. In this role youll play a key part in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing outstanding service at the bar and in the dining area. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and legal guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar tables and work areas
Upsell menu items and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Handle cash credit card transactions and open/close tabs responsibly
Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Work collaboratively with kitchen and fellow team members to ensure timely and accurate service
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol (per state law)
Prior experience as a bartender server or both is preferred
Basic knowledge of popular cocktails and beer/wine service
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be dependable punctual and a team player
Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
This position is subject to successful completion of a background check as it relates to the role and responsibilities.
