Job Description:
As our Sales Enablement Coach within the Commercial Operations Team you will work directly with DTNs customer-facing teams to enhance their effectiveness through real-time coaching training and enablement programs. This role blends field coaching onboarding and enablement program execution ensuring that teams have the right knowledge messaging and techniques to drive revenue growth.
You will collaborate with Sales Marketing CX Product and Operations to align enablement initiatives with DTNs commercial strategy and business objectives.
What you will be responsible for:
Coaching & Field Training:
Shadow live sales or customer calls and provide immediate actionable feedback on value messaging objection handling and negotiation strategies.
Conduct hands-on workshops role-playing and interactive sessions to reinforce core selling methodologies (e.g. Challenger SPIN MEDDIC).
Use real-world sales experience to offer credible coaching and apply feedback based on individual performance needs.
Sales Process & Performance Tracking:
Advise on pipeline management best practices to ensure streamlined deal progression and forecasting accuracy.
Use CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g. Salesforce Gong) to identify performance gaps track progress and replicate top-performer behaviors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment:
Work with Sales Enablement Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment on product messaging sales strategies and competitive positioning.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across Sales Marketing and Operations to meet shared goals and align on key business priorities.
Continuous Improvement & Adaptation:
Gather feedback from sales teams to refine sales playbooks and ensure they align with business objectives.
Monitor key performance metrics (e.g. win rates ramp time) to assess coaching effectiveness and implement improvements.
What you will bring to the role:
10-15 years of direct sales experience in enterprise-level SaaS sales including quota-carrying responsibilities with at least 8 years in a sales enablement training or coaching role.
Proven experience using sales intelligence tools (Gong Salesforce Seismic etc.) to drive data-driven coaching.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Proven ability to analyze sales performance data and translate insights into actionable coaching strategies.
Experience working in a fast-paced high-growth SaaS environment.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $101250 and $135000 USD. DTN is a pay for performance organization which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors including but not limited to: prior work experience training/education transferable skills business needs internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
