Job Description
Paul Davis Restoration provides property damage emergency services restoration and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties due to water fire mold storm and other disasters.
- High-level performance of water mitigation tarping board up mold remediation asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Operation Manager.
- The Restoration Industry is a 24/7 on call business. On call availability is required.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
- Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
- You will be a leader for the team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook One Drive)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to be assertive empathetic inspiring and engaging to others

- Customer Service experience
- Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract required
- High school or equivalent required
- IICRC Certified as an asset
- One or more years experience within the restoration industry
- 1 plus year experience in a craft trade or manual labor position or equivalent schooling
- Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 25% of the time within a vehicle.
- Ready to maneuver safely about job sites stairs walkways roofs crawl spaces
- Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to complete jobs
- Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer cell phone and documents
- Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
- Frequently will lift to 75lbs
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
